The trailer for the upcoming Netflix sci-fi thriller The spider’s head it has just been launched and it looks like it will be a fun trip. The trailer shows Chris Hemsworth’s character, enjoying the sinister way of guiding his subjects through tests using a kind of experimental drug. The tests seem to be taking a dark turn.

Two inmates (Miles Teller and Jurnee Smollett) form a connection as they face their past in a state-of-the-art penitentiary run by a brilliant visionary (Chris Hemsworth) who experiences his subjects with mind-altering drugs. Directed by Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick, Tron: Legacy). Based on The New Yorker short story “Escape From Spiderhead” by George Saunders.

Based on the 2010 New York short story “Escape from Spiderhead” by George Saunders, the film is directed by Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick) from a screenplay by the writing team of Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (dead pool, Zombieland). The spider’s head will be available for streaming on Netflix starting June 17th.
