Rob Zombie’s brother, Spider One, will also address the horror genre. While Rob has Munsterii on the way, Spider gives us a very creepy-looking movie called Allegory.

The new movie has that horror factor. In addition, it has a lot of very creepy images. We are also very excited that Zombie’s brother, and the head of the Powerman 5000, are starting to direct their own movies. The two guys grew up loving horror together. Both incorporated horror aesthetics into their music and their characters on stage.

Summary for Allegory it goes like this:

The lives of a group of artists are unintentionally tangled, as their obsessions and insecurities manifest monsters, demons and death.

Art becoming manifested demons? Count us. I already feel that art and its release in any form is already a version of this, so it will be cool to see in which direction Spider takes it.

Allegory arrives on Shudder and On Demand starting August 2nd.
