Satan’s Little Helper it’s something to revisit every Halloween. The whole setup is fantastic for the spooky season. Especially since the entire movie is set on Halloween and has one of the coolest and creepiest unexpected demon costumes ever. If you haven’t seen this one yet, it’s an absolute in terms of fun.
Synopsis for Satan’s Little Helper it goes like this:
Nine-year-old Douglas Whooly (Alexander Brickel, PALINDROMES) is obsessed with the handheld video game “Satan’s Little Helper” and annoyed that his older sister Jenna (Katheryn Winnick, TV’s VIKINGS and BIG SKY) is distracted by her new boyfriend Alex (Stephen Graham). These two concerns collide on Halloween, when Douglas witnesses a serial killer wearing a devil mask (Joshua Annex) and presenting his victims as open-air Hallow’s Eve displays. Not realizing how real the carnage is, Douglas becomes this Satan’s little helper—and that’s very bad news for Alex, Douglas and Jenna’s mom Merrill (Amanda Plummer, PULP FICTION, Netflix’s RATCHED), and ultimately for their whole city..
