Linnea Quigley is undoubtedly one of the greatest scream queens of horror. Punk rock, no shit, scream queen brings a whole mood with it and we love it. In the 1980s, Quigley released a workout tape in which the star trains with zombies in all sorts of hilarious situations. The whole thing is 80s gold and a treasure if you’re a Quigley fan.

The pulse kicks in as Linnea takes viewers through routines while looking back at the movies that made her a legend. Blood begins to flow as her jog is interrupted by zombies and a sexy slumber party turns into a nightmare. Who will survive and how many of them will be left?!?
