The great hero of video games, Duke Nukem it is turned into a movie. Ash amalgam of Evil deadArnold Schwarzenegger and other action heroes of the 1980s, Duke Nukem made for a hilarious video game character. The cheesy hero is now at the center of a movie the Netflix creators are working on Cobra Kai series.

Cobra Kai creators Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg and Josh Heald they certainly have the sensibilities of the 80’s down. So, they’re a perfect match for Duke’s features.

The gaming franchise was launched in 1991 and has seen several sequels and spin-offs since.

Blonde action hero Duke Nukem confronts the killer aliens and mutant Los Angeles police officers who have occupied Los Angeles. At the beginning of the 21st century, the city of Los Angeles was taken over by criminal aliens, and the LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department) was mutated.

Like Ash Williams in Evil deadDuke was every man. He was cheesy and not fit to be a hero, yet he ended up having to counter an alien invasion.

It will be interesting to see what Cobra Kai creators come for Duke. He is a bit outdated and had some serious sexist vibes in the old days. They will probably be worked out a little, because today’s climate is a world away from the 80’s and 90’s.
