This is great news if you are a fan of Marvel actors and movies. Marvel officially announced his cast on Twitter Fantastic 4. It confirmed that Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us, The Mandalorian), Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things, Game of Thrones), Vanessa Kirby (Mission Impossible: Fallout, Napoleon) and Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Bear, Andor) the next Fantastic Four. The film is set to debut in theaters on July 25, 2025. Check out the post and more about the film below.
Matt Shakman (WandaVision, Game of Thrones) will direct the film. The screenplay was written by Josh Friedman, Jeff Kaplan and Ian Springer. It will follow the original 1961 story of “Reed Richards, Ben Grimm, Susan Storm and her brother Johnny Storm were forever changed during an experimental space flight that exposed them to cosmic rays, which gave them superhuman powers and abilities. Following their incredible journey, the four vowed to stay together as a team.“
Fantastic Four was released in 2005 by 20th Century Fox to mixed reviews. The film received a 28% critic score and a 45% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. Despite this, the film earned $333.5 million at the global box office on a $100 million budget. This would lead to the film getting a sequel titled Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. This film also received mixed reviews, earning a 38% critic score and 51% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. It went on to earn $301.9 million at the global box office on a $130 million budget. In 2015, a reboot titled Fantastic Four was released. This film received even worse reviews than the first two, scoring 9% for critics and 18% for audiences. It went on to earn $167.9 million at the global box office on a $120 million budget.
