You’ve probably seen people post pictures of weird, distorted photos of people eating hot dogs or terribly disfigured celebrities caressing dinosaurs. It’s shocking at first glance, but damn it.
It’s called DALL-E, a new app developed by Boris Dayma. This trend-setting image engine has become the latest obsession on the Internet. You can create your own crazy art project in a few simple steps: just open the app page, let your imagination run wild in the search bar, then tap “Run”.
What follows is something you might find cursed Shutter camera. Your search criteria searched the internet and created a combination of keywords.
Dayma says the model learns “by catching millions of images on the internet with associated legends.”
The program continues to learn as more and more unique terms are placed in the search bar. For example, I typed “Freddy Krueger eats Doritos.” The following image was generated:

The app is extremely popular right now, so don’t worry if you get an error message or your creation takes a few minutes. But hey, art takes time and how are you doing while your hot pocket heats up in the microwave?
