Takashi Miike’s Fans Are Losing Their Minds Over Gory Hulu Series ‘Connect’

Apparently Takashi Miike’s 6-part series, online it is a very unexpected surprise. By unexpected, I mean almost no one knew this was out. Even Miike fans are in total shock on social media. The typical response from those fans consists of “wait what?” or the most classic and to the point, “yooooo what?”.

This is for a largely understandable reason. Aside from a few horror stations releasing images earlier in the week, Miike’s online it was a secret, quiet release. I mean, it’s to the point where you have to go in and manually search for the title. That’s crazy considering he’s the director Audition and Ichi the killer.

Seoul. Determined to get back what was taken from him, Dongsoo will track down the serial killer, taking whatever steps are necessary to make himself whole again.
