It is always good to keep a certain amount of killer sharks in your horror diet. The first trailer for Reef: Stalking he is here to take care of it for us. The trailer features a group of kayakers having great fun in the ocean. As is often the case, people who try to have fun in the ocean end up meeting sharks, and the almost good weather turns into a struggle for survival. Sure, I’ve seen it before, but it’s a formula we’re coming back to.

The first Reef the film came out in 2010 and was fun, aquatic, pulse walking. The sequel looks set to explode. In addition, as mentioned earlier, we will never get tired of shark movies.

Summary for Reef: Stalking it goes like this:

In an effort to recover from witnessing the horrific murder of her sister, Nic, her sister Annie, and two close friends travel to a remote Pacific island for a kayaking and diving adventure. Just a few hours after their expedition, the women are pursued and then attacked by a large massive white shark. In order to survive, the women will have to unite, and Nic will have to overcome her post-traumatic stress, face her fears, and kill a monster.

Reef: Stalking hits Shudder in theaters and VOD starting July 29th.
