Brandon Cronenberg is one of the most exciting filmmakers working today. owner is one of the best movies in recent history and antivirals it was also quite spectacular. His next film stars both Mia Goth and Alexander Skarsgård. The infinity pool was originally rated NC-17. But thanks to some smart quick edits, Cronenberg now has an R rating.

The infinity pool is rated R for “Graphic violence, disturbing material, strong sexual content, graphic nudity, drug use and some language.”

The film follows “James and Em are young, rich, in love and on vacation. Their all-inclusive resort offers island tours and sparkling beaches. But outside the hotel gates something far more dangerous and seductive awaits, beyond the edge of paradise.”

Skarsgård stars in and is also a producer for The infinity pool.
