“Wednesday” creators say the series is planned for three to four seasons

Both creators of the Netflix hit, Wednesday they said they have a lot more planned for the series. In fact, Alfred Gough and Miles Millar have both said they have three to four good seasons in store if given the green light to do more.

One of the most interesting things about their plans to continue the series is that the rest of the Addams family will play a bigger role in future seasons.

“For us, we’re always looking to the future, and when we sit down to create a show, ideally we’re looking at multiple seasons,” Millar said. “So you’re always looking at at least three or four seasons worth of potential character scenarios. It can evolve and change. Often you want to see what characters or who you like to write for. So you want to keep it open and organic enough to change and evolve, but we definitely have a pretty clear track of what we want to do in the coming seasons.”

Of course, our main concern is that Tim Burton won’t be returning to direct more episodes. He’s a huge part of the whole thing going the way it did. So he is a very vital part of Wednesday cocktail.

It’s also unclear if Jenna Ortega would return to do more seasons. So at this point, future seasons are very much up in the air at this point.

Would you like to see more seasons of Wednesday?
