It’s been a long time since I heard anything about it Dracula’s daughterr. Of course, it comes from Ready or not and Scream directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett of Radio Silence. While the original title put everything on the line by being a bit too revealing, the new title of Abigail leave little mystery and secrecy under her bloodthirsty belt.

In addition to these Radio Silence partners, we also have Chad Villella as producer, and Project X Entertainment’s William Sherak, Paul Neinstein and James Vanderbilt join forces.

The trailer creates a little surprise game of cat and mouse. The innocent girl tied to the bed turns out to be the thing these brave hunter/killers need to survive. And it seems to turn into a bloodbath pretty quickly.

Synopsis for Abigail it goes like this:

Children can be such monsters. After a group of would-be criminals kidnap a 12-year-old ballerina, the daughter of a powerful underworld figure, all he has to do to collect a $50 million ransom is watch the girl overnight. In an isolated mansion, the kidnappers begin to descend, one by one, and discover, to their growing horror, that they are locked inside without any normal little girl.

Abagail stars Melissa Barrera, Dan Stevens, Kathryn Newton, William Catlett, Kevin Durand, Angus Cloud as the kidnappers alongside Alisha Weias Abigail and last but not least, Giancarlo Esposito.
